We have a team of experts on hand to discuss all your file supply needs. Files can be supplied using FTP, email or Apogee Portal.
You can click on the FTP link on the header to access the FTP site, email your files to our pre-press department or use Apogee Portal.
Apogee Portal is a web application for print and publishing companies that want to offer web based client collaboration including file submission, soft proofing and job approval. For further information view our Apogee Portal brochure.
To create pages for print, we recommend following the guide produced by the Pass4Press Committee: Pass for Press Version 10
Once you have set your application/files up and are ready to produce PDF’s, we advise you download the specific PDF settings. S&G do not accept any responsibility for PDF’s created which do not adhere to the guidelines. We endeavour to support the very latest versions of the leading software applications but if you are using an application/version not listed here, please contact us.
When you are ready, we recommend you send a sample PDF to our Pre-press Department so they can check its suitability. If the file you are sending is too large for email you can use the following link S&G Drop Box.
