Click on the program you wish to download PDFdownload settings for and follow the individual steps for each program.
Adobe Indesign
To import these, chose File > Adobe PDF Presets > Define > Load.
By exporting to PDF direct form Indesign, you do not need to download any Distiller settings.

Quark XPress
From Quark, we recommend saving/printing to a postcript file and creating the PDF via Acrobat Distiller. We DO NOT advise exporting to PDF from Quark. The PDF Print settings are based around an A4 page. You will need to adjust the dimensions to suit your document. You may also need to download the relevant Acrobat Distiller job options.
