Telesales Executive

Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will become an integral part of our sales team, representing a company with a stellar reputation in magazine printing.

We welcome candidates with no prior experience, offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel at telesales.

This role will be performed from our offices in Merthyr Tydfil.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our market-leading printing services.
• Learn and implement effective sales techniques through our thorough training program.
• Build relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Collaborate with experienced team members and managers to enhance your skills and meet performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competition to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

• No previous telesales experience required as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
