Internal Sales Executive

Job Overview

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will become an integral part of our sales team, representing a company with a stellar reputation in magazine printing.

We welcome candidates with no prior experience, offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel at internal sales.

This role can be performed either from our offices in Merthyr Tydfil or remotely, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our market-leading printing services.
• Learn and implement effective sales techniques through our thorough training program.
• Build relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Collaborate with experienced team members and managers to enhance your skills and meet performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competition to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

• No previous internal sales experience required as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.

Calling all A Level students!

Pre-Press Trainee Position

Congratulations to all you A levels, are you ready for the next challenge?

Working for the UKs largest family run sheetfed lithographic printers in our busy pre-press department. The successful candidate will be part of a small, hard-working team, integral to the business.

The exciting and challenging role will entail liaising direct with our customers, offering technical support on their files and preparing jobs in readiness for printing in the factory.

Industry experience is not necessary as full training will be provided within the role but attention to detail is paramount as the job involves understanding and applying numerous instructions. Good communication skills and IT skills are a must.
